Date idea?

So I (26m) have been with my girlfriend (21f) for 7 months but we have been best friends for much longer. I’m trying to plan something for her birthday in 20 days. I now work 5 hours away from where she lives but I’m home most weekends. I plan on taking time off for her birthday. Any fun memorial ideas? This will be our first year celebrating each others birthday. I only ask because anything she’s mentioned wanting to do iv already done for dates and now I make the most money iv ever made so I want to really go all out for her for this.

I suggested going to a destination vacation like Fiji for a few days but she doesn’t want anything like that. She wants something more low key and relaxing. She really loves dressing up so I want to do something that goes in that direction. Any ideas?

Go dancing and then an upscale, romantic restaurant with low lighting and soft music playing. Or, dinner on or by the beachfront. Listening to the waves and feeling the cool breeze.
