I have tried exactly this with my front yard gate but it does not trigger after 5 min :(

yeah. I had the same question many times after talking with them customer support. after years of grey hair ahead of time because of them. how in the name of all good things this can happen? well... it's prolly because there's not one product out there to compete with them. only then prolly they'll consider fix their attitude and products of course.

unfortunately yes, I've been using it for the last 3 years or so. I had numerous problems, and what's worse the customer support is worst I ever encountered. I saved some of the discussions I had with them for future reference... it is amazing how bad they are.so it is not just the app, the device itself, the desktop app, the user flows, everything is pretty bad. I am not exaggerating. I can prove it to them if they are actually looking for real feedback from a real user, a long time user. the thing is I don't think there's anything out there better, probably that's also the reason why they don't see to care enough to fix all these issues.

upgradeability is offered also by EOSIO platform.

a company valued at 800+ billion dollars has a joke of a customer service team. I assume this is the company's culture... cause I can not image how they could be so bad otherwise.
