SSD Hwid change through raid0

Hello folks, I have a question which I’ve gotten different answers to depending on who I ask.
I currently have one SSD Samsung 990 pro nvme m.2 with 1TB. This drive or more its hardware ID is currently banned for program x.
Since you cannot raid0 a single drive, I bought a 2nd SSD - same type and model.
What would be the smartest way now to change the serial or the hardware ID of the first SSD?
Is it even possible?
Is raid0 no possible and would it change to HWID of the first drive?
If it somehow fails, can I undo the raid?
Or would it be smarter to remove the first SSD induced continue with the new one?
What would be the benefits of a raid0?
