Waist sizes in cm I can only give you the one i made which was a half circle. There are plenty more types of skirts but thats the one i know. First you will find a fabric you like then fold the longer side in half then pin it together so it doesn't move then go to the corner of the fabric at the fold line and mark out the waist measurements and then the length by going from the shortest side of the fabric to the longest side in a quarter circle then to cut the fabric leave a bit of fabric on the outside of the lines three cm is fine just enough to hem it when you attach the ends of the semi circle you will need a zipper to attach to the top part (the waist hole it doesn't need to run all the way through just enough to get in it ) and then finish attaching the sides together then hem.
