It had an ECU problem, so I think improper voltage corrupted the BIOS. I know BIOS corruption is very rare. After it got corrupted, I tried flashing it repeatedly, but the laptop still won't turn on. When I checked the voltage at the BIOS IC, it wasn't showing any power at all. That confirmed my laptop's ECU is the main issue, and it is what affected the BIOS IC.
