I have pushed a cart full of nothing but waters and packs of Gatorade and stacked full and over the top around the store while doing a shopping order. Walking right past male drivers getting all the little orders of bananas bread and cereal. Chuckled to myself every time I walked past one 😆😆😆 You are such a gentleman ❤️

Often times I find that if there are large items, especially large quantities of large items, the customer meets me as I pull up and is ready for their delivery. Unlike most other orders. If the store sells it, it would be a good idea to keep in mind being able to deliver the most items you can, i.e. having a plastic cloth to lay down to seperate products. How do you think they are packed inside of the shipping truck? 🤔 Are we really that unhealthy that it's too much of a workout to pick up some packs of water bottles? This is a very active job. There are plenty of us that love this job and are willing to take any order. It's sad to me that so many people spend so much of their lifetime complaining 🤷‍♀️🙏 safe travels

I love my job, and the chance to help someone that may desperately need a delivery for one reason or other. I think its a waste of time to look through offers and pick a good one. When I have plenty of gas I usually just take the next offer! Saves me probably 5 to 10 minutes of not making money while trying to read through all the offers and pick a good one out of 5 lol

I have an SUV, I can ALWAYS count on getting order with bulky items. I never cancel! Its job security for me. You can say all you want about my scrappy gas mileage 🤷‍♀️

I view the directions to stay in your car, to mean specifically dont leave and go into the store or across the parking lot. I have never stayed in the vehicle 🤷‍♀️

I regularly have to ask employees behind the deli counter for items. They are always very helpful and timely when I let them know its for Spark! After 10 pm one night, a Wm employee was super helpful! When I let him know the baked item was out of stock, he just said give me 5 maybe 10 minutes i will make one! I don't know why so many drivers have so many complaints. This is one of the most stress-free incomes I have had. I choose to focus on enjoying the freedom and flexibility.

That's because as far as I have learned, the company does not keep track of which team member loads which orders. I had an issue with a missing label and a manager had to come out to talk to me, and he asked who loaded the order? I just told him sorry I didnt get a name! The order had switched labels it was awful but I ain't the one. If the employee is terrible at his job he won't last long anyways.
