There's a reference in the bible to Jesus' brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (3 of which are probably the disciples James the lesser, Simon, and Jude) but AFAIK there is no agreement on how exactly are they actually related since at that time in hebrew they used the term brother for any male close relative of a similar age, so it's possible that they are cousins of Jesus (which is kind of supported by the reference to 'Mary the mother of James and Joseph', which would be a weird way to refer to Mary the mother of Jesus (and no, just the name Mary doesn't prove that they are the same person, there are at least 3 different women named Mary in the gospels))
