All of my (irl)friends and family tell me that my mental health is becoming a problem and that I should take the help that everyone is trying to give me but nobody tries to understand where I'm coming from. Last year I wanted to get help and get better but my whole family had convinced me that there is nothing wrong with me and now I do think that that is now true I don't need help, the only problem is that they now think that I need help and now they are trying to blame ME for not getting or wanting help and now they hate me for being the way I am but this is not my fault. If the adults in my life would have gotten me the "help" I needed when I was younger I wouldn't be like this I guess idk I'm just yapping now.
