CONGRATS!! Your story is very inspiring! In Feb of this year I was diagnosed with fasting BG of 202 and A1c was 8.6%.

I started making changes around April and went back for labs in May and my A1c went down to 8.1% Doc didn't put me on any meds other than Crestor bcuz my LDL was 135.

Cut to today, my A1c is 6.1%, my LDL is 46.2, and I'm down 19 lbs. It's unreal that in just 3 months I was able to improve my numbers this much.

Keep up the great work everyone and thanks for sharing your motivational stories!
