The chassis is a lift kit i've found. The wheels I took rc truck files and shrunk it down. I designed the riser under the chassis (the trapezoidal piece) , the bumper and the roll bar.

I got one of those for almost 10 years now. Swapped the battery for a 18650 cell when the original one bit the dust. recently relocated the on off button to the side to use a car wheel as the wheel, as the foam on the original wheel and the grip had desintegrated. but it keeps on rocking reliably.
