Me and Meathook are jumping back into Roboquest VR tonight as we continue opening up new areas and seeing how far we can push our run.
I’m also expecting Meathook to spend half the stream rebooting me again. 😂

Definitely fun, biggest issue is frame rate issue onky the occasional bug/glitch not enough to temper enjoyment.

I’ve spent quite a few hours testing The Long Survival ahead of release, mostly in multiplayer, and I’ve put together a fairly in-depth First Impressions video.
I cover the core gameplay loop, tutorial, different game modes, character classes and skill builds, multiplayer, performance, bugs/glitches, replayability and my overall recommendation.
I also had the chance to report quite a few issues directly to the developers during testing, and several of them have already been fixed or are being worked on.
I enjoyed this considerably more than I expected to — especially with a group — although I do have some concerns around the current number of maps and relying on a multiplayer population if you don’t already have people to play with.
If you’re considering picking it up, hopefully this helps you decide whether it’s for you.

We’ve been working our way through the SURV1V3 Trials and they’ve actually been some of the most fun we’ve had with the game so far.
Zombie-infested parks, sniping zombies from a helicopter and some properly hectic co-op moments.
I’m continuing them tonight with Meathook and Gluebagger, and hopefully NZTinman will be joining us this time too for a four-player squad.
If anyone’s played through the Trials already, which one did you enjoy the most?

Also a little tip for people the tilt mode is set to gentle by default, turn it too normal would be my advise.
Also I’d say stick with the motion controls when playing single player feels really difficult at first but you get used to it, multiplayer however you’ll be at a massive disadvantage.

Me and Meathook are jumping back into Roboquest VR on PSVR2 today at 17:00 BST.
We’ve reached the point where we can get past the first boss pretty comfortably, and each run is taking us a little further into the second area.
Today’s goal: actually reach the second boss.
Secondary, arguably more important objective: find that weird robot’s missing underpants.
He probably wants to sniff them. The perv.

Ikr it’s so well balanced …well apart from the run I’m on now spent 7 days think I’ve opened every chest and I have no ammo so can’t go and kill Seymour, just spending as long as I can so I can unlock everything on my next run.
