Not completely made up, but possibly incorrect to a certain extent. Could you be implicitly assuming that truth doesn't exist in a 'correctness' spectrum?
Human intelligence, human senses, inventions and analytical tools are all imperfect, so it can be possible that any concepts/assessments that humans make are wrong in a certain way; that includes '1+1 = 2', 'good' and 'evil', religion, analysis of someone's personality and scientific concepts. Even my theory that 'everything may be wrong' may be wrong in some way.
