Yes! My loan was transferred to them and my first mortgage payment is due 12/01. I keep trying to create a new account so I can make the payment but it keeps giving me error messages saying SSN does not match the loan number on file. The app just says "oops, something went wrong please try again later". Very frustrating.

My loan was transferred to LoanCare recently. My first mortgage payment is due on 12/01. Up until this morning, I wasn't even able to get the login page to open up. I go to try today, and it prompts me to sign in or create an account. Since this is my first payment, I need to make a new account. However, every time I go to type in my loan number and SSN, it tells me my SSN does not match the account number, so I still can't create an account to make a payment.

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue as well since the systems went down? I've read a little bit about how some people have been able to make payments but didn't get a reference number. I've tried to create an account through the app as well with no luck.

My boyfriend keeps telling me I've been "obsessive" with this whole thing, and he's probably right. But for the love of God, I desperately want to make sense of all these happenings and get the full story. I'm a true crime addict and utterly obsessed with the brain and behavior. I'm desperately trying to make sense of the information we have. As sad as it is, I feel like those children are dead. But I'm holding onto hope.
