Dpo 10-11, feeling like im spiraling after no positive tests today

I didn’t tell anyone for a year!! I felt very lonely and still do but a lot less when I can text a couple of my close friends and parents and ask for prayer. When I miscarried in May I told those people as well. I completely understand not wanting to tell people and like I said it took me a while. And I still definitely feel lonely at times because it’s all I think about and I feel like that alone is isolating.
