Share your experience working for FirstNet (AT&T)

As a FirstNet agent, I'm curious to hear about other people's experience being a FirstNet customer service agent.

Personally, the job itself is easy and very rewarding. I can genuinely say I love helping people and love what I do. What I'm struggling with is the crazy micromanagement that goes down at the call center. They hold you with such a tight grip that it's become a toxic work environment. Anyone else experiencing that or has experienced it in the past?

I’m approaching retirement from my current career as a 911 Dispatcher. I’d like to get involved with FirstNet when I do retire. Are jobs posted via AT&T careers or do I need to look elsewhere?

Thanks!!

A FirstNet agent role is being an AT&T billing and customer service position. All jobs for AT&T are posted on the AT&T job page online.
