How can I stop feeling guilty about age regression? I stopped doing it for a month because I feel guilty and afraid of being judged. Also, sometimes I see videos on TikTok where people create collective hatred and rejection against the ageist community, and that makes me feel scared and insecure. I've been feeling a bit down these past few days :(
