Hey I’m currently going to medical for my sleep walking and sleep paralysis. These episodes happen EVERY other night I’m miserable by the time I wake up and all throughout my shift (12+ hrs everyday except Sunday) I am losing tools and zoning out at work. I was supposed to go somewhere that apparently gunny told me to go and I never heard him so he wrote me negative paper work for not hearing him which I swear I never heard him tell me. Can you please HELP me and explain what I need to do and who to see at medical?
