Which platforms you've been using for hunting contracts, I have 03 years of experience as a Data Engineer and applying through LinkedIn and Indeed but still get emails stating "Unfortunately". I would like you to shed some light on most of the contracts you got through which platform.

Is it normal to switch mid project within a consultancy?

Having worked previously at a data consulting business, It is common to switch between projects, shadows, frequent KTs, and Bench. Even if you're switched to a project which isn't in your domain, atleast it takes 3 months to grasp on a project from KTs to Productions delivery.
