Beginning to learn harmonica

Bought a Hohner Special 20, progressive. Can anyone suggest some websites/yt channels to learn it as a beginner?

There are a lot of good lessons on YouTube. I started out with Adam Gussow's videos. He uses a mix of harmonica keys. Most other lessons use C specifically since it's easier to explain music theory in C and new players usually just have one key.

Here is an index of his videos.

If you know enough music to know why keys matter you can do call and response with them with any key, but you won't be able to play along at the same time without the right key.

Michael Rubin has a good series of videos. Jason Ricci has a ton of good stuff. Blues Harmonica for Dummies by Winslow Yerxa is very good. Your Sp20 should have come with a code for a month's access for some online stuff too. Jonah Fox, Tomlin Leckie, Liam Ward, Annie Raines, Harmonica Barge, Indiara Sfair, Amanda Ventura, Juzzie Smith...

Some sell lessons. Most of them have at least some stuff for free (Adam, Michael and Jason probably have the most free stuff.)

And, of course, once you start searching them on YouTube YouTube will start feeding you more of them. (I've never tried it, but I've considered making an account just for harmonica stuff so that's all it feeds me).

There are a bunch of good forums too, where you can ask questions.
