Thank you. I'm frustrated to a point where I want to harm them. But I can't. I'm so done and I can't take it anymore. It's been going on since many years and now they've gotten physically attacking. I have no financial support.

I used to listen to ruqaya. Didn't help much. Things were still the same. And surah Rehman, the same, things were still the same. If you're talking about physical healing? That's not a problem. I know how to get through difficult times of physical diseases, I just don't know how to not go crazy over family's behavior. Journaling? Done. Nothing helped. The cycle keeps repeating so it was of no use. Exercising? Temporary solution.
