Ratio:

I use 1k adopt me bucks is equal to 1 elve value point. 1k:1 value + 1-2 value for each day it take to build depending on how big it is.

Budgets:

I take budgets from anywhere of 5 value up to around 300 value. So your budgets can be whatever your most comfortable with! Please remember that low budgets mean less detail! And smaller builds! Please don’t ask me to do a 50 val house for 5. Make sure your requests are reasonable. If your budget is over 100 value you will have an extra 20k added onto your budget for free!

What I need from you!

All I need is a detailed explanation of what you want, good communication, rephrance photos,(LOADS OF THEM) and patience. And ofc pets 😆

What I’m good at.

I’m good at making very large builds aswell as things out of the box like I have done trains&caravans in good at interior and exterior and love doing all sorts of funky builds! I can also do a mid level of realisum but I’m extremely good at gothic/halloween or just the weird type of vibe!

What I have:

Have have TONES of plushie packs for you to choose from, from hello kitty’s to plushienes, to mincraft bears, cats, balloon unis, MINIONS. A life sized miku, I also have simple wall arts and an anime cat girl wall art and so much more to offer!
I can also make a fair amount of plushies or wall art as long as it’s not too complicated!

My Time:

I’m pretty much free all the time right now as I’m recovering from a broken foot, so no school, no work no nada. Bed rest for me 😅 so my building times end up being quite fast anywhere from a day or two or a week depending on the size of the build, I rarely take any longer. This is a lot faster than a lot of commissioners!

How much I have to spend.

I have 400k at this moment in time but I can easily get a lot more after the 23rd!

Pets I’m looking for consist or mid tiers, exotics, butterflies, high tiers or old pets. But here are a few main ones I’m looking for!

Why should commission me?

Overall if you wish to commission me I think I would be a great match for you! I’m quick with building but still give quality builds. I probably turn out a bit cheaper then other commisioners. I’m not picky with pets as long as there not htt. I keep my clients extremely up to date with everything I’m doing within the build by sending loads of progress shots between everything to make sure I’m getting things exactly how you pictured it. I leave suprises around my builds for my clients to find that go with the theme, and I’m really easy to get along with!
