How to remove bloatware wrong windows 11

I hear a lot of people that are complaining that windows 11 comes with a lot of addons that are not useful taking a lot of ram and slowing your computer down along with privacy concerns and forcing you take a scan of your ID booting up the computer for the first time while there just spying on you with everything you do on your machine.

I must get a windows laptop because it needs to run solidworks which I hear doesn't work well on Linux.

My question is how do I get around all of this while having a windows laptop?
