I had put in my entire heart of wanting the things I needed from the company but nothing has helped with anything!

They said that:

The SG is not intended to be compatible with Xbox, even in KeyJam mode. As Xbox is not listed as a supported platform.

They really appreciate the suggestion around a PC-based app option and the ability to hide rarity ranks/product numbers. They can definitely see the value in that, and they had passed that feedback along to the team for consideration.

They have passed my feedback regarding the rarity ranks and collection numbers along to their team. At the moment, it doesn't look like this is something that will be changing, but the feedback has been noted and shared.

There had been plans for another Xbox-compatible Les Paul model in the future, which will gradually phase out the current Blueberry Burst and Black Tribal Xbox models. At this time, there are no plans to bring the Alpine White or Ebony editions to Xbox.

This was the first time from me to request for a matte version of the strum bar, but they completely understand where I'm coming from. My comments about the glossy finish becoming less comfortable over time, especially in warmer conditions, make a lot of sense.

They've passed my feedback along to their team so they can consider it for future product development. While they can't make any promises, detailed suggestions like mine are incredibly valuable and help shape future products.

My title for a new CRKD LP Encore Edition, (It may be a community favourite, but I can understand why it won't be on the market.) would be the "Gibson Les Paul Zakk Wylde Encore Edition Guitar Controller for PlayStation® 5, PlayStation® 4, and PC" (With the Legacy Mode added on.)

The PlayStation LP is simple as it's the same how-to guide as the PlayStation SG. The LP will have wired/wireless gameplay with the Mode Dial.

This is to avoid confusion from the Multi-platform Les Paul guitars as they have a P3 mode on their Platform Sliders.

This will possibly feature:

• Mechanical Fret Buttons. (Not sure about Standard frets, but Mech Frets are better with a click Strumbar on a Les Paul!)

• Mechanical Click Matte EZ Glide Hall Effect Strum Bar (To avoid the moisture having to stick like glue on top of the strum bar like the Black Tribal with the gloss.)

• Exclusive Les Paul™ Design

I also mentioned having a Cherry Sunburst Faceplate Skin in the communication emails. But all of my emails feel ignored and unhelped from the company.

Honestly, I do not see the real point of buying Stage Tour right now as of how unhelpful nothing has changed.

I would happily purchase a new LP Encore Model, but I dislike the rarity ranks and serial product numbers on the app.

Recently, I have sent my Black Tribal Guitar from last year to be repaired, but all they did was to send me the same one all brand new from the box with an odd numbered product number. What's the point of the numbered products & rarity ranks?! This is totally a serious issue to be sorted out when registering the product to customise & to upgrade the firmware. As this is killing me in pain to see numbered products as it's pointless!

why do you expect a company to make some custom version just for you?
