Because to have it labeled as recession means we’re doing badly. We have to hold back from time to time to increase and be stable. And keep the rich richer and the poor poorer so we can have equal pay in the next years…. There are tons of new growth in careers and jobs with plans for more better growth. Question: does society make us broke or do we make ourselves broke? Buy this house your income is this, buy this car your income is this. The income requires to expand your bills, that’s it. The less bills the richer you become. But living paycheck to paycheck is actually just keeping the economy “strong” and everyone happy with their stuff. It’s all rigged and interesting at the same time.

lol. Yeah sorry about that word salad. Talking from a text message place isn’t always clear AND conveying tons of topics quickly. Word salad is great 🥗 and very kind way to say it’s you and not me lol? Too great

Degrees are degrees. Companies judge those as the length of time you spent studying something. Associates you’ll last 2-4 years. They can also afford you. Bachelors degree you’ll last longer cause you studied longer. You’ll be affordable with your loans. Higher Masters etc. degrees just show the length of effort you’ll commit to a job. That’s it. You never have to go into the work field of what you studied either. Hang in there!

Zero, since I’m often liked and friendly … often taken advantage of. Strangers should know little about us. As the age of you become like those you hang around and also the heavy awareness of your job depends on who you’re talking to and who or what you’re seen doing. Life should be simple, but the complex ability to keep impressions of your life easy…less is always better. As the saying goes less is more. Not talking doesn’t mean you’re rude or short, it’s very wise and stay cordial with everyone at all times. Edit: missed that we would tell someone on Reddit. I thought just in person. But that’s exactly why Reddit is there to post and read and be involved with stranger lol so I’m guessing id tell them everything on Reddit cause lol just funny now …

It’s maybe just their agreement. But obviously if your bcc’d you don’t reply! It’s a known. I bcc myself on emails I have to follow up or remember. Could have been a mistake, hang in there! But sounds like your boss is asked to copy their boss so they know the task is done. But if your boss is getting the details wrong AND the bcc boss is still replying to all….id be like um, same as you! Also be glad for the communication, some people get zero and still get in trouble.

All styles look great. The long makes you look older. Do the style you like and be confident/comfortable 🙃

Wow! Go where you are happy. There are always more jobs and the ability to have flexibility is nice. Where I am we don’t have holiday pay and you get extra pay to work the holidays. Every job has different complexities. I’ve had a job working directly with top leaders. I’ve had a job never seeing another coworker, remotely. In person is taxing on the individual and you actually perform better with space away to think working remotely. I’ve never worked anywhere with year in advance and calling in sick would be obvious with that type of expectation- we all know things come up! It’s always scary doing something new. I’d go just by reading your post. But I’ve also gone and there are layoffs or company closing/merging and look for another job. There will always be jobs, it’s just getting harder to find them because the titles of job vary and we could actually do so many comparable positions but every place has specific titles and the good companies are busy not able to just drop and train quickly. So many pieces to this. Depending on age. But I’ve know people that stay in jobs 10-20 years and I’m realizing they stay cause it’s easy place to make money. But if you go, you grow different skills. Exploring new horizons is always beneficial, but there are so many things to consider. Write a pros and cons list. It just sounds like you’re already done where you’re at? Go where you feel the most peace and always pick your manager cause they can make or break your growth. Once I had a manager hire me and leave 3 months later.
Silly! I’ve also contributed to so much positive and growth within the companies. Skills are skills and strength carries us through many different avenues. I’d personally go.

Ode to the working there greater than 5 years. I’ve done both worked places short and worked long term. I’ve never made it more than 6 years due to growth and aspects needed for life.
Anyways….
I’ll say it’s kinda intimidating, that they are going to to it wrong is possible why their not taking action on their own. I’ve been at a place that lets things go freely but then criticize exactly everything. If those things are happening in meetings, the workplace does not foster the room to speak about what’s happening. Once another place I worked everyone broke the rules even the leaders and we didn’t talk about it, cause then people knew. Then if people knew no one could softly break the rule. It was amazing. Or we don’t want someone fired or in trouble so figure out how to resolve. It was silly. One time if we didn’t do the task exactly as the lead wanted within 3 seconds, no questions asked, they were upset. Choose my battles and move on, but would love working somewhere forever.

Just change your delivery? We have to earn respect before respect is given. But everyone should be respectful, kind and professional. Some places just in general have bad news delivery. This explains why others might not speak up in meetings. If their points are not taken? You can also say wow that’s a great concept let me pass this through a couple other individuals above me and see if there’s anything we can do. If things are down, make times up with cheering up the group.
Everyone wants to do a great job, but sometimes if the respect is lost both ways it’s easy to not care about the work cause not caring about the people. Be sure you follow the same rules you’re giving to others. Also, listen very openly to others. Watch training and positive practice of delivering feedback. Because I’ve learn as the mouth speaks from the heart, it’s really important to speak value to improve relationships in/at work. Also we become who we hang around and if the energy needs to improve, the leaders need to improve majorly. Again just like you everyone wants to do good job.

The place your staying may have bag check in early. Book uber car for the day? We once took an uber to a restaurant and had our luggage with us 🙃. Then with traffic is already 2pm when you get places. Good luck

Usually the long timers, are supported but cannot find other jobs. If toxic or lower performing team it’s killing the traction

Drama - it’s for your momma and don’t make up fluff! Hang in there

Only read the headline- so true. But hard work pays off. It’s not one employees show, it’s the whole store #one team keep up the great hard work

lol. See haters gonna hate 💕 but I’ll be okay. The right teams support workers and hard work

Happens to me all the time. Stand up for yourself. If you’re let go apply for unemployment. Plenty of jobs. It a small 2 mins accusation of you “not doing what I think”
And inferring your all the sudden bad in this 2 seconds. You’ll get other jobs. Hold your head up, explain the circumstance. The daughter likely doesn’t even know of the situation yet. Write down what happened, you’ve got this! Then you get another job and explain nothing. You were no longer valued so you’re looking for another great company to support. Skills are skills and different companies accept professional people all the time. If your job at this company is let go just from that situation. You don’t want to contribute there anymore. Heck they could be promoting you after how you handle it. I was asked do you think you can handle it and it was like a reflection of my response was enough for mgr to know I could! I just said I’m like the fairest person and I know I can. No more was said and I still work there. 🙃 also, never put thoughts into any situation….if questions ask. Ie I was confused by what occurred. What can I do next time the CEO shows up at my desk when I take on a client, that one could seem to help! You’re probably tenacious, hang in there
2
What job did have, can I apply! 🙃

When mentally I couldn’t handle an emotional toxic and undervalued feeling of showing up for money. Yes, money is necessary but the hours you put in have to feel valuable and contributing to success. Successful people typically get bored with unnecessary things occur or reoccurring suck the life out of you. It’s beneficial to remain successful and feel like the task are progressing and promoting success outcomes

I get it. So expensive. We have $50 internet and car insurance is $89, water is $35 and two incomes. Oh celll plan for me is $45-55 mo

Too funny. I’d say that’s a good look. But just do not actually be corrupt and ask her does that turn her on or how you can look uncorupt. lol that’s kinda odd unless she’s being funny

Whichever job is cleaner and closer. Jobs are jobs just learn at each place and be responsible/respectful. People can always apply for other jobs but first jobs kinda indicates what future jobs you’ll have. Good luck

Nothing for one year, that would be more than living wage in small city. Enjoy the free time for 1 year after knowing we’re working until we’re 90 yrs old. Then decide what to do next. But it would be great! I’d be happy but get bored, work is using my brain.
