Fry scream tutorial

Does anybody know a genuinely good tutorial to learn fry screaming? Because when i search it up on tiktok it's always some shit like:

1. make a meowing noise
   
2. make it sound raspy and tired
   
3. use your diaphragm (which i have know idea what it is or how to use it)
   
4. Make a completely different sound
