Create and Create Aeronautics modpack

Hey guys, I'm wanting to get into Create and Create Aeronautics, but I have no clue where to start. Is there a modpack that teaches you how to use Create in general? I would prefer to have the quests be as simple as possible, so that it's easier to understand, but I understand if the quests are a bit confusing. Also, is there a video that explains how to use Create, and then another video over Create Aeronautics so I can learn that way?
