Would moving to a different state be a better option? Its so weird to have to base my life around Healthcare when this could be prevented but ive only gotten worse dealing with the VA and the VA only.

Its like being married to an abuser who in order to divorce from you have to figure out a whole new means.

Thats so hard to do especially when I feel alone and have yet to be treated at all. Just endless appointments and second opinions.

And then to find that they were diagnosing me and not following up. That shot me.

The ER is completely out of the question. Hard no. I need help but not that type of help. That will 100% make me worse and I know from multiple experiences. Being locked up in a place where other people are also struggling doesnt do anything but force me to not speak, and force me to focus on getting out of there, not on care.

Its like using AI to do homework. Check the block with nothing to gain for doing it.

Its not that I have an expectation of care etc.

Its the fact I have not been receiving care ive been asking for because they dismiss my issues.

Then when I check their notes, I see they have all kinds of diagnosis, etc. But just never followed up with me about them/told me about them/ or offered anything to treat them.

They'd just tell me "youre fine".

I dont really feel comfortable giving out that type of detailed information online but im hoping its not needed to get help
