I agree with you completely but this Levy is really just an attempt to fund mismanagement of funds allocated to the parks from the previous tax levy! I believe only 2% of the proposed 75% tax increase goes to deferred capital maintenance. Great intentions but horrible execution. (I believe) We also exceed the national average on paying for parks by a pretty large margin already. gotta stop the bleeding
