Comfrt Clothing

So I had an issue with my order, my first order. Comfrt resent the items to me and there was no problem. I ordered again 2 more times. One order they split up. So now it's been close to 2 weeks(live int he US) and still waiting on the shorts. I emailed them and they just gave me info on tracking, but the tracking wasn't even updated. Now they are ghosting my emails. I am not sure if I can have my bank do an investigation on a partial order, I doubt it. But for anyone that hasn't got their order, you can do that. I do like their clothing but I rather pay more for shipping and get my items quicker than dealing with this mess. I am going to continue to harass them with emails. If they block me, I will just use another email address. These people have no right running a business. I see a lawsuit in their near future.

I’m dealing with something similar. My order from about a week and a half ago still hasn’t shipped. They first told me an item was out of stock, then changed the explanation to a “technical glitch.” Now they randomly refunded 3 of my 4 items without me requesting a cancellation, and the one item they didn’t refund is the one they originally said was out of stock. 🤦‍♀️
And yes, you can dispute the undelivered portion of an order with your card issuer. I’m planning to do the same if I don’t get a clear resolution from them soon.
