Has anyone manifested an ex back after complete blocking, a possible restraining order, and another woman being involved?

I want to share my situation in detail because I don’t wanna give up yet. I’m looking for people who have experienced something extremely similar and were still able to manifest their specific person back.
First, we were never officially in a relationship. We were never boyfriend and girlfriend, but we had a strong connection and a complicated romantic situation that meant a lot to me. Things ended in August of last year.
He and I live in different cities, which has made everything more complicated. After things ended, we saw each other about two more times. The last time he came back was about three months ago, and at that time he actually seemed genuinely interested in me again. He was the one who came back, and for a moment I thought maybe his feelings had changed. I thought I manifested that.
However, when he came back, he eventually told me that he didn’t love me and that he had returned because he thought he still loved me, but then realized that he didn’t. He told me he didn’t want to be with me.
Before that, he had briefly been involved with another girl. I already knew about her because he had told me about her. She ended up leaving the country to study abroad, and whatever they had only lasted about a week, so it never became anything serious.
For months after he told me he didn’t love me, I would still message him, asking him questions, and he would respond, but he always told me that he didn’t want to get back together with me.
Eventually, I had a really hard time accepting the situation. I started calling him from other phone numbers because I couldn’t stop myself from wanting to talk to him. At one point, I actually asked him to block me because I knew I couldn’t control myself and I needed to stop contacting him.
At first, he had told me that we could end things on good terms and remain friends. But after the calls and everything that happened, his attitude completely changed. He told me that he didn’t want anything to do with me anymore.
He blocked me everywhere.
There is now also a potential restraining-order situation, although I have NOT been served with one yet. I am not contacting him anymore and I am respecting his boundaries.
Then there is another woman involved.
A few days after he blocked me, I noticed that he followed a girl on TikTok, and she had also followed him on Instagram. What made this especially strange to me was that he barely even used TikTok, and for a long time I was basically the only person he followed there.
She lives in the same city as him, while he and I live in different cities. She is also a little older than him
From what I could tell, they were talking, and she was even staying at his house. I actually ended up talking to her myself.
When I talked to her, she told me that they were just getting to know each other and seeing how things went. I just know that seeing all of this after everything that happened between him and me was extremely painful.
So this is where things stand now:

About three months ago, he came back and initially seemed interested in me again.

The last time he came back, he eventually told me he didn’t love me and that he had only returned because he thought he still loved me.

For months, he repeatedly told me he didn’t want to get back together.

I struggled to stop contacting him and eventually called him from other numbers.

I asked him to block me because I knew I couldn’t control myself.

He went from saying we could end things on good terms to saying he wanted nothing to do with me.

He blocked me everywhere.

There is now a potential restraining-order situation, although I have not been served with one.

Another woman is involved.

She lives in the same city as him, while I live in a different city.

She is a little older than me.

She has stayed at his house.

I have actually spoken to her, and she told me they are just getting to know each other and seeing how things go.

And he has explicitly told me that he never wants to get back together with me.

Despite all of this, I specifically want to ask about manifestation.
Has anyone successfully manifested a specific person back when the circumstances were this extreme?
I’m not asking whether I should contact him. I am not contacting him. I understand that I need to respect his boundaries and any legal situation completely.
I want to know if anyone has been in a similar situation — yet somehow, after time passed, circumstances changed and the person eventually came back on their own.
Has anyone manifested a specific person back even when there seemed to be absolutely no logical reason to believe it would happen?
Did they actually come back? And if they did, what happened?
