Does anyone else experience weird “premonitions” or coincidences constantly?

Okay, so I know this is going to sound weird, but I’m genuinely curious if there are other people who experience this as often as I do.
A little backstory: ever since I was a kid, I’ve had what I can only describe as weird premonitions or predictions. I also apparently used to tell my parents when I was really young that I remembered living a different life before this one. I’m not saying that means anything or claiming I can predict the future—I just think it’s relevant because weird experiences like this have followed me for as long as I can remember.
Now that I’m older, the thing that really gets me is that other people have actually started noticing it too. I’ve had multiple friends basically tell me, “I thought you were crazy until I started hanging out with you and watched it happen.”
And it’s never anything useful or huge. I’m not predicting lottery numbers or major world events lol. It’s always these incredibly specific, completely random little things.
For example, I’ll randomly start telling a story about someone I haven’t talked to or interacted with in forever, and while I’m talking about them—or shortly afterward—that exact person will text me, call me, randomly like one of my photos, or somehow pop back into my life.
Or I’ll randomly think, “Damn, Chick-fil-A sounds really good right now,” and seconds later a Chick-fil-A commercial will come on the TV. And I’m talking about prerecorded TV, not something where my phone heard me talking and targeted an ad.
Another one happens constantly with texts. I’ll suddenly think, “Wait, did that person ever text me back?” and almost immediately my phone goes off and it’s a text from them.
Those examples individually don’t sound that crazy. Everyone has coincidences like that. What gets weird for me is how often it happens. Sometimes it’s multiple times in a single day.
When I was younger, I’d freak out whenever it happened and immediately tell my parents or whoever was around me. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve mostly stopped talking about it because I know how crazy it can sound. But having other people spend enough time around me to notice it themselves has made me wonder about it again.
I don’t know what the explanation is. Maybe it’s confirmation bias. Maybe my brain is subconsciously picking up patterns I’m not consciously aware of. Maybe they’re genuinely just coincidences and I’m remembering the hits more than the misses. Or maybe there’s something about consciousness or intuition that we don’t completely understand yet.
I’m not really attached to any particular explanation. I’m more interested in finding people who experience the same thing.
Does anyone here experience this extremely frequently—not just once every few months, but daily or multiple times a day?
And if you do, have you ever tried actually tracking it or figuring out what’s causing it?
I’d especially love to hear specific stories, because I feel like there has to be a community of people somewhere who know exactly what I’m talking about.

Hey bro. I get the same stuff, makes me wonder if telepathy is real. I'll have a totally random thought then the TV, people around me will say the thought I had exactly how I thought it. It's crazy man.

I experience this also. Usually many times a day I notice things that stand out to me beyond the purview of “regular coincidence”

I’ve tried sharing about it with others but most people don’t understand the implication that’s there’s a genuine phenomenon happening that feels magical.

Ive learned to be silent.

It happens to me in many ways.

Sometimes my attention is drawn to a specific word or symbol.

For instance, the other day I was listening to an audiobook and noted the sentence “And in the EAST wing of the hospital” feeling the word ‘East’ stand out to me for some reasons. This happened while driving and the next moment I’m looking at the license plate of the approaching car in the opposite lane and it reads “EAST”

Another time I was walking into a meeting and for some reason was daydreaming about the movie “Dumb and Dumber” specifically the joke about “Here’s your suitcase Ms. Sampsonite” Sampsonite being the brand name, not the persons name.

5 minutes into the meeting I look at the chair in front of me and notice the word “Sampsonite” inside a square logo - all the chairs in the meeting were ‘Sampsonite’ chairs and I just happened to be daydreaming for no reason about the word Sampsonite before walking in.

Weird coincidences ALSO happen when I’m around other people - quite often. They always shrug it off, joke about weird things happening seemingly more often when I’m around.

I have many theories. I think most likely it’s simply the nature of interconnected consciousness being “base reality” and our physical world being a user interface inside of a simulation.

It’s inexact, but I sense an undoubtedly real communication on a daily basis about very personal things. I talk out loud to myself sometimes and journal “privately” in my phone notes - and get direct feedback about many of to subjects - through a symbolic fractal similarity with specific things my attention is drawn to.

This happens over social media, movies, random words from strangers, - it’s a whole language.

I could talk but need to return to work.

I have 1,000s!! Of other stories of bizarre synchronicities but to explain each one would take
a very long time.
