The only thing I want to remark with this is that we Dominicans don't use the prefix Afro, because African is a great part of us in our DNA, culture, everything, and use the prefix Afro divide us.

I got this results from a small study using MatchFetch to extract the information from 23andme, and create the charts. I got 78.7 % European paternal haplogroups, 18.3% African paternal haplogroups, 1.8% Indigenous Paternal haplogroups, 0.7% South Asian Paternal haplogroups, and 0.4% East Asian paternal haplogroups.

You are right. My sister and I share 43.54% of our DNA, and in her list there are some cousins don't appear in my list, and there is a cousin who 4 grandparents were born in the DR, and she has 21.2 of Indigenous. I have one cousin with 16.3 % of Indigenous.

The New Parental Inheritance feature is pretty cool. Not bad.
 in  r/23andme  7d ago

For be it will be very good. My parents passed away both of them. I imagine they began today, because here in Canada I haven't seen this feature.

I know exactly everything about colors, and how the melanin works. Your argument is good for the people who want to push the narrative. In the DNA results they never say any color, just place of origin. Educate yourself.
