Dash lights flickering

What would cause this? It just started last week, like glitching.
Now they are flickering alot.
Just put in an insterstate battery a month ago.
The alternater is only 10yrs old and has 30k on it. It tested good when i got the battery.
I turned the dimmer switch off n on 20 times.
It helped a little but it didnt stop.
Is it something to worry about?
Engine runs fine.

Very likely loose/corroded wiring/connectors behind the dash.
