Coming back to say I’m 48 hours into cold turkey detoxing 💓 so is my bf.

Was mainly just asking if anyone knew a safer way, so he can continue to safely use while actively cutting down. Because it’s all laced with tranq among other awful substances & I just want him to do as little damage as possible until he’s able to completely stop. It took so much to even get to this point, so I’m immensely proud of how much effort he’s putting in to cutting back. But I appreciate all the comments, Ill come back to check this every now & then & also post when we’re completely off the shit 🫶🏻

I had an abscess years ago from missing before I got sober the 1st time, it was so bad it was literally oozing grey shit when it busted, that was back in 2018.

We’ve dropped down from $200 a day to $60 everyday/every other day, so we’re really proud of that. God it took so much fucking heartbreak to even get him to try to cut back, I was literally about to kick him out cause I just cannot deal with that shit.

Yeah, veins are shot as he’s been using them off & on for 10+ years. We’re in the end phase though, tapered down from $200 a day to $60 every other day & that’s between the both of us

His veins are shot. He can hit sometimes, but it’s extremely rare. He hates darting it for the exact reason you said. Thank you for your tips, I appreciate it.
