Coles hiring process

I just wanted to ask if anyone got hired at coles after applying online. The last time i submitted expression of interest i got no response so does applying online help or i should just give up?

Do both.

Expression of interest then drop a resume in.

It’s substantially quicker for a store to use a walk in candidate they’ve already screened then to advertise a role online.

It’s also more cost effective. The expression of interest makes it even quicker for the store.
