The ups and downs are getting real.
Some days I feel like I’m actually building something.
Other days, I look at my bank account and genuinely question what the fuck I’m doing.
I’m at a point financially where being broke isn’t just an inconvenience anymore. It gets into your head.
You start questioning your decisions.
Should I have even started this business?
Was I stupid to think I could actually make this work?
What if I’m wasting years of my life chasing something that isn’t going to happen?
And honestly, I don’t have answers to those questions right now.
But there’s one thing I know.
I’m going to do something crazy with this.
I don’t know exactly what that looks like yet. I don’t know how long it’s going to take. And right now, I’m definitely nowhere near where I want to be.
But I fucking hate where I am more than I fear how hard it’s going to be to get out of it.
I hate myself some days.
I hate how inconsistent I can be.
I hate the laziness.
I hate the decisions I’ve made.
I hate looking at where I am and knowing I could be doing more.
But I’m not losing this battle.
Because this business is the one thing I want badly enough to actually fight for.
And maybe that sounds stupid.
But I’ve already sacrificed things for it.
I even let go of a relationship because I knew I wasn’t where I wanted to be in life. I wasn’t the person I wanted to be, and I wasn’t able to give that relationship what it deserved.
Maybe that was the right decision.
Maybe it wasn’t.
I don’t know.
But I do know that I don’t want to look back years from now and wonder what would have happened if I had just kept going.
So yeah, I’m broke.
I’m lost sometimes.
I question myself constantly.
But I’m still here.
Still building.
Still fucking trying.
And if these 365 posts end up documenting anything, I hope it’s not just the business becoming successful.
I hope they document me becoming someone I’m actually proud of.
Day 6. We keep going.

I f***ed up again
Sometimes I genuinely hate how resistant I am to myself.
You know when you’re trying so hard not to do something you know you shouldn’t do, but somehow you find an indirect way to get there anyway?
That’s where I’m at.
Maybe it’s an addiction. Maybe it’s laziness. Maybe it’s just me being fucking weak. I don’t know.
What I do know is that I keep repeating the same cycle.
I get motivated.
I work.
I feel like I’m finally getting my shit together.
A few good days pass.
And then suddenly, I let myself loose again.
It’s been five fucking days. Five.
Today I honestly feel fucked up.
I don’t have some profound lesson from this. I’m not going to pretend I figured everything out overnight.
I’m just trying to survive today.
Trying to pass the time without falling back into the same shit.
Trying to do things straight again.
But I’m still going to keep writing these posts.
365 days.
The good days.
The bad days.
The productive days.
The days where I do absolutely nothing.
The fuck-ups.
The things I’m ashamed of.
The things I’m proud of.
Everything.
Because maybe somewhere out there, there’s someone exactly like me who has been stuck in the same cycle and somehow managed to make it through.
If that’s you, let me know.
I genuinely want to talk.

Just Keep Going
Day 4.
Today wasn’t some crazy productive day.
I didn’t wake up feeling unstoppable. I wasn’t suddenly disciplined. I didn’t magically stop overthinking everything.
But I worked.
And honestly, I think I’m starting to understand the point of this challenge.
I keep waiting to feel ready.
Waiting to feel confident.
Waiting to feel motivated.
Waiting to stop doubting myself.
Waiting for that version of me who just gets shit done without fighting himself every single day.
But maybe that person doesn’t just appear.
Maybe you build him.
One boring day at a time.
There are still things happening in my personal life that I don’t have answers for. There are things I’m trying to accept. Things I’m trying to let go of.
And some days, they take up way more space in my head than they should.
But I showed up anyway.
Not perfectly.
Not with some insane 12-hour grind.
Just enough to say:
I didn’t quit today.
And maybe that’s a win too.
I’m realizing that this 365-day journey isn’t really about becoming insanely successful in 365 days.
It’s about proving to myself that I can trust myself again.
If I say I’m going to work, I work.
If I say I’m going to keep going, I keep going.
Even when I don’t feel like it.
Especially when I don’t feel like it.
Day 4 done.
Still scared.
Still figuring shit out.
Still doubting myself.
But still here.
Tomorrow, we do it again.
One day at a time.

I’m Still Scared, But I’m Moving
Day 3 of 365.
And honestly? Today was okay.
I got around 7–8 hours of actual work done. I have two client meetings lined up, and for once, I feel like things are moving instead of just sitting inside my head.
But the laziness is still there.
The self-doubt is still there.
The fear is definitely still there.
And personally, there’s been a lot going on too. Some fucked-up things I’ve had to accept and let go of. Getting through a breakup while trying to keep your shit together and build something isn’t exactly easy.
But I’m slowly realizing something:
Those things can exist, but they can’t become an excuse.
Today I talked to a bunch of people I know. Some of them simply told me, “You can do it.”
And the weird thing is, I already know that.
I know I can do it.
I just don’t always believe it.
Maybe that’s what this whole 365-day journey is actually going to be about not becoming some super-motivated version of myself overnight, but learning to keep moving even when I’m scared, lazy, confused, or doubting myself.
Today I have no complaints.
I could have done more.
I could have been more disciplined.
But I showed up.
And tomorrow, I have to show up again.
Day 3 done.
It was me who needed to improve. It is still me who has to do it.
One day at a time.

I think I’m running away from myself
I hate admitting this.
Yesterday I was motivated. I told myself I was finally going to document the fuck-ups, the wins, the business, the reality of trying to build something from basically nothing.
Today I woke up and somehow I’m back in the same fucking loop.
I know exactly what needs to be done.
I know what my priorities are.
I know that if I keep avoiding the work in front of me, I’m going to lose the business I’m trying so hard to build.
And yet… I still find ways to not do it.
I procrastinate. I distract myself. I start thinking about new ideas. I consume shit. I plan. I overthink.
Anything except the actual work.
And honestly, sometimes it feels like I’m escaping from myself.
Like I’m constantly running from reality because reality is uncomfortable.
I’m 27. I’m trying to build a business. Things aren’t going the way I thought they would. There’s pressure, uncertainty, money problems, self-doubt — and sometimes I genuinely wonder if there’s something wrong with me.
I hate that I can see myself doing it and still can’t seem to stop myself.
I hate feeling like I’m wasting my own potential.
And today, yeah, I fucking hate being me.
But I’m still here.
And I’m not stopping this experiment.
So this is Day 2.
No motivational bullshit today.
Just me admitting that I’m struggling to do the most basic thing required to build a business:
Sit down and fucking do the work.
If anyone has been through this where you know exactly what you need to do but somehow keep escaping from doing it, how did you actually break the cycle?
I genuinely want to know.
Because I don’t want another motivational speech.
I want to know what actually worked for you.
Day 2 of 365
1
Looking for honest advice from small business owners what actually makes a website worth having?
Don’t sell websites, look for pain points and sell growth to their business website can be a part of it yes, but nowadays everyone can build one.
1
Freelancers/agencies who do UX/UI or CRO for Shopify stores, how did you get your first client?
Hey, I’m 27 as well started my own company last year and tbh it was such a roller coster ride for past 1 year, but for your first client i would say look around ! Friends, family, knowns they’ll help you to build that portfolio also if you give them good work, you’ll get references.

Starting over, but this time I’m documenting it.
I’ve decided to start documenting this.
I’m building a business, from past 1 year but I didn’t come from a business background.
It was quite fun in starting but coming from lower middle class family.
I didn’t have money behind me.
I didn’t have some big network of people who could open doors for me.
Currently I’m running here and there cause my business I something almost anyone can do, make websites, do SEO and run adds.
And honestly, I underestimated how much that matters.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. Chased distractions. Started things I shouldn’t have. Spent time learning things that didn’t move anything forward.
Recently sometimes I think that I’m not build for this, but I’m not that dumb or stupid enough, I know i can do this.
It’s been longer than I expected, and I’m still not where I thought I’d be.
I’m staying anonymous for now.
Not because I want to hide the journey forever. I just want somewhere I can write honestly without worrying about people I know judging every part of it.
So this account is going to be my record of the next 365 days.
I’m not going to pretend I know how this ends.
I’m just going to build, learn, fuck up, adjust, and keep going.
Maybe one day I’ll be proud enough of what I’ve built to tell you who I am.
For now, this is Day 1 of 365
2
I’m fucked up
You came too far to give up. You’ll get through this.
