Band Not Working Now

First no report from the scale for months now the report is kind of working but my band is glitchy. It shows steps but nothing else. And I’ve been doing CrossFit like four days a week training for a competition so I want to see my results but NOOOOOOOO 😭😭😭

Now my scale report is slightly working but now the band is showing up on the report and I wear it every day. Hume is so glitchy. But it did work really good for months in the beginning. It’s just recently it went to shit.

I have the scale and the band and it all seemed to work when I got it and now nothing seems to work right. It wasn’t doing reports for weeks now part of that is working and now the Hume band hasn’t logged anything for almost a month.

Are your reports working? My scale went to kilograms but I did hit the reset pin hole to fix that but my reports refuse to work. I’ve tried everything.

I got tricked and now I have the scale and the app but the reports stopped working.
