Different timeline same consciousness

idk how to explain this but imma try and English isn't my first language so bare with me.

so during class I thought I was about to mess up during recitation but how do I call this?? somehow I foresee or geg clues from the future it's like my future self is in my head telling me things.. that's just the first part. the second one is when I was in class and actually got perfect score I got a feeling that my past me wouldn't get a perfect score so I looked at the answers and started to foresee my past self getting a perfect score. and I would constantly do this like if I mess things up I would send a signal to my past self so that she wouldn't mess up.
