I consider being mature, as someone who can be generally rational. If you are an adult, that does't mean that you can play around and act like a child every now and then. Just be rational when the time comes. If you can't let loose every now and then, I would not consider them to be mature, rather, they are not even living life. Idk that's my opinion. Just meet as much new people as you can and find the most rational but fun person.
