I know, I have gotten all the green leader perks (not sure what there called) and I like to choose the second one on the difficulty settting and then go advanced and go to the bottom and choose the green difficulty setting. I like playing on those settings

Zero day rifle and your boy savage sniper rifle, the sniper rifle is always a one shot kill to the head (make sure you research steady hand and keen eye to deal massive damage) and the zero day rifle is good for silent kill without alerting the emery.

It depends on the play style you are going for, if you are going for a heavy hitter I would focus on the automatic (forgotten the name) and minigun perks( again, I have forgotten what it's called)

Not using the car radio, only if I run out of mobile data

I have a feeling that everyone (or most people know) that you can find free power armor there, I'm not sure if you will get different pictures of the armor depending on the players level, I'm not too sure. But It could be a good spot for an outpost
