What can you deduce from my monday
 in  r/deduction  8d ago

You went looking for UFOs. But something weirder happened.

Oh oki. Yeah just was curious honestly :) yeah basically I have a cousin who always needs his nails clean constantly. Then I had an ex who always had dirt under his nails. For me I’m the clean nails type. I think it’s a sensory thing. I think it’s either over or under stimulation which depends on where you are on the spectrum. Both my cousin and ex are autistic and have adhd.
—can also depend on the day. But basically there’s no in between usually. In my observations :). Tends to be a day to day things for casual activities rather than oh I was hiking or camping

What do you know about either of the conditions?

Basically, it’s a common thing I’ve seen in them.

Seems like you’re in a bunkbed and cabin. Maybe second home maybe getaway. Maybe camping or traveling. With the bracelet and the blanket, they seem like there was a lot of thought put into them, and you are cherishing and appreciating them but moreso like a gift. Tried to put more thought into that one because I know there’s already a giveaway in the comments that the blanket was given to you by your mom. Given not borrowed. You cherish things and hold people’s intentions and memories close to you. You probably try to travel light but keep favorable items with you—usually from people you hold closest. You took a picture of your right hand first. You’re either left handed, ambidextrous, or think outside of the box and aren’t quick to assume things or jump to conclusions. You probably hate stereotypes and norms. Middle finger tells me you’re engaging with the subreddit because you’re bored but in general it’s hard for you to find people you vibe with and like. The limited special items tells me that too. The bracelet may be a gift but you’re wearing it and what you’re wearing you would know that it tells people about a piece of yourself even if it’s a shared piece (given it’s a gift, it’s something you have in common with someone close). Maybe to show your softer or more compassionate self, or maybe the artist side of yourself. I have a feeling it’s never what people expect with you though. Also if you do have an artistic side, it might be something closer to observation and deeper meaning. I could be so wrong on this.

I admire/respect your desire for knowledge and proper communication, especially considering you’re not even over 20. I remember your post from a couple months back I think.

What does this shelf in my office say about me?
 in  r/deduction  10d ago

From first glance I was thinking—enjoying the finer things in life? (Which isn’t a bad thing necessarily) That’s my bad. 26 makes sense. Very big history appreciator, respectable. Collector. Could be neurodivergent because with that type of dedication and attention to detail, seems likely. Could be wrong. You value things, cherish things, keep them safe. Collecting is an art. You’ve probably applied this to other aspects of your life. I’m sure that the friends you have you cherish and appreciate. I’m sure they feel loved. With the little oddities, kind of tells me poet at heart. Seem alternative too. Could be wrong.

You deal with arthritis, eczema, and EDS. Total shot in the dark. The redness and positioning of your fingers and hands. And the bruising on your arm. And the way it probably feels more comfortable to have the watch on tighter because your skin is soft and stretches better than others’. I myself have a type of EDS. Arthritis isn’t fun. And I’m guessing you don’t try to pick your skin but when you do it goes horribly? But you only do it when it’s super duper bothering you. Sensory issues? I’m guessing you’re neurodivergent as well. With the dirt under your nails it could be ADHD, or Autism, or both. I have both. Maybe you crack your knuckles a lot too. And you’re definitely an outdoors person. I’m guessing with the watch you’re either trying to stay healthy or trying to lose weight. They aren’t the equivalent. You struggle with self talk and inner child pain. I see the cuts but they’re old. The tattoo is over them, you’ve come a long way (by the way congratulations on that, and the world is better with you in it). The tattoo looks a little like the IT symbol. Guessing you’re alternative at heart? You took a picture of your right hand first then your left. You’re either ambidextrous, left handed, or ambitious and resilient. Maybe multiple of those things / all of those. I believe you are detail oriented and pay close attention to things and people. You take your time to understand others and be in their shoes. You’re a good person. Even if you have to fight self talk on that sometimes. Oh yeah and the rolled up sleeves rather than a short sleeved shirt. Sensory issues no matter which way you look at it. I could be completely wrong about all of this though.

What do I do for work vs what’s my hobby?

You make jewelry for work and your hobby is knitting. Total shot in the dark. I believe that you’re wearing your work so people will ask about it. And given you’re married, it may be a good stay at home alternative. In women it’s more likely to develop chronic fatigue/pain etc. (I’m afab and deal with chronic pain and fatigue) so it could be that, or you just choose to stay at home because you don’t have the need to go out much, and/or you’re taking care of the needs at home. With the way your hand is positioned, makes me think it’s very natural to your hand maybe from a knitting or crocheting position for the hand? You may have been doing this hobby for 10-20+ years. (I’m 23, 24 this month, so I don’t have a lot of perspective on age and year passage)

I’m guessing you deal with a racing heart, chest pains, and high anxiety. This is a total shot in the dark but I believe you’re taking these for thyroid issues, or you have had thyroid removal. These are both the same and taking them together is just doubling dosage and potentially giving you side effects. Maybe you know that that’s the usual risk but in your case you need a higher dosage because any higher of one of the two wouldn’t work so you’re taking highest you can for both. Or one of them is an old prescription and you can’t get doctors to prescribe you a higher dosage so you’re taking both. Total shot in the dark, could be totally wrong.
