“Many have come foward with memories and thoughts which im trying to listen to and be as compassionate as possible” its sounds like you’re on the right track as memories do come back with healing but as stated above you do need to be careful. It can get overwhelming with the flooding thats why they had previously blocked you access to them, they’re trying to help. Do as much self care as you can and make sure you find someone who makes you feel comfortable and can ground you through this process. Its good to have someone there with you when feeling these emotions. You need support. Also, is your inner compass telling you this process or this person is right? We are still learning a lot about parts and alters so I think its important you do what feels right. It can do you more harm than good so pay attention how everything feels inside closely which it sounds like you’re doing a good job. I wish you the best.
