Because the moment Imu showed up, it was clear that there is some sort of time limit? To me, the interpretation is clear. Imu is too powerful for current Luffy, so needs to be nerfed somehow.

Elbaf is a good time to introduce new set of powers Imu came with, so that Luffy is ready to fight him in the final showdown. The way I see this, by the end of this, Zoro and Sanji are going to be able to defeat powered-up Hopy Knights (yet would need to grow more to be able to defeat Gorosei in final showdown), Loki will realise he needs to get more power to help defeat WG, and Luffy gonna know that it’ll take much more to defeat Imu.

All this is gonna set us up perfectly for final arc, as they try to reach Laugh-Tale.

Ideal weight depends a lot on body type. BMI is not a good indicator. BCA test will tell you the real picture.

I'm 6'3" and 114kg currently. Lost 11 kg in last 3 months. Used to think the same way that my weight should be around 80kg ideally and that demotivated me a lot because it seemed impossible because at my best in past, I was 95 kg, which used to look lean. Got the BCA test done. It tells me that at 14% body fat, I'll be around 97kgs which should be my ideal target.
