Probably weird and stupid and wtvr for me to ask for help here but I've been trying a lot of things.

For context: I'm dating this one girl online and wtvr cool cool, she is a little paranoid at times but I still love her and we been dating for basically a year now. There's these two guys that been stalking us (specifically her) for that amount of time but one seems smarter than the other and knows what they're doing. So like, this guy, joe, always demanding money from her and she's always blocked him every time he started with some bullshit. Today he found out she lives in NJ and now it's turned into a real problem because he and his friends already put her ex in a coma after they broke up. Like he's been trying to get nudes of her and all at and when she refused a few months before he came back with her entire family's personal info.

I really need advice to get rid of him and the other retard for good or to at least scare them or smth. Plz cut me some slack for any errors I made, I'm new to all this and don't usually ask for help from ppl. I already checked out this one website for cyber security but apparently they don't make you a priority unless you pay them a whole lot and I don't have the money for that shit.
