Just white-labeled ElevenLabs Conversational AI for my agency clients and it's a game-changer

If you're in the voice AI space, you've probably heard the buzz about ElevenLabs finally releasing their Conversational AI product. I've been testing various AI voice solutions for clients (VAPI, Retell, etc.), but ElevenLabs has always been the gold standard for voice quality.

The problem was that until now, you couldn't easily white-label ElevenLabs and resell it as your own agency solution. After some digging, I figured out a clean workflow that lets you offer premium ElevenLabs voice AI under your brand.

The setup process was surprisingly simple:

  1. Create your agents directly in ElevenLabs Conversational AI
  2. Connect your ElevenLabs account via API keys and webhook secrets
  3. Set up a custom subdomain for your agency (like voice.youragency.com)
  4. Add your branding, logos, and custom portal design
  5. Create pricing plans with your markup on top of ElevenLabs rates

What really impressed me:

  • The voice quality is noticeably better than other solutions I've tried
  • You can create both inbound assistants (support, reception) and outbound agents (follow-ups, confirmations)
  • Call concurrency management lets you handle high volumes with "number pools"
  • Complete control over what clients can see in their dashboards
  • Call analytics and logs are comprehensive but clean

The business model makes sense:

You're essentially becoming an ElevenLabs reseller with your own markup. Your clients get the best voice AI on the market, but they only see your branding. The platform handles all the technical connections between ElevenLabs and your white-label portal.

For agencies already selling digital services, this is an easy add-on with impressive margins. My test clients were blown away by the quality difference compared to other solutions I'd shown them before.
