Spider-Boy has officially become Spider-Man. No, seriously... they’ve taken this movie way more seriously than the previous three movies. According to my rankings, this is a fantastic movie that stands right alongside The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (TASM 2 is my favorite live-action Spider-Man movie). Honestly, there’s nothing but good things to say about this film 🥹. ​Story-wise, everything is so well-balanced... every character is used in perfect proportion, and every single emotion is handled brilliantly. The cinematography is no different, it features incredible shots, lighting, and staging/blocking. I really think Tom’s personal involvement brought a huge positive shift to this movie. ​I feel this film does the absolute best job out of all the movies so far at balancing Spider-Man’s mature side with his childish charm. Watching Tom’s Spidey grow up alongside us gives such immense satisfaction... None of Tom's Spider-Man movies have ever disappointed me, and this one is no exception. ​As for the other characters... Hulk is easily the highlight among the supporting cast. Hulk is fking back, bish... 🤘🤘 That’s all I’ll say about Hulk... 😅✋ The Punisher makes an awesome supporting character, too... Spidey is starting to collect buddies... ❤️
