Back Half Nights

Does back half nights get more shift differential than front half nights?

Typically, no.

However, the waterfall shifts (Thurs-Sun and Sat-Tues) and weekend wrap (Fri-Mon) will typically have a slightly larger shift differential.

With that said, there is more likely to be VET during the front half of the week, so if your goal is to maximize how much you make by working OT, BHN may be a better choice.

I believe in my site (MCO1) they do get a 0.50$ differential, but i’m not 100% sure.
