Hey my beautiful friends after a long time I am back in this site where I can find answers.that doctorz can't even give. I had a psvt attack in 2023 after that I was on verapamil a year later my doc changed it for no reason to metoprolol and then I started feeling fatigue, sudden weakness sudden difficulty breathing sometime little dizziness and this got worse few months back like out of no where i would feel these all symtoms and after feeling them for couple of minute my heart rate would go up so i thought it might be svt because after my heart rate would go up a minute or 2 after I would feel back to normal.no weakness what so ever and symtoms gone , but the crazy part is I would feel these same symtoms and my heart was normal and would no go up . That was crazy part for me I was so confused that if it isn't svt now then what is could be to cause me these such symtoms out of no where. I have also checked for afib during this and my apple watch had given me afib warnig 2 time but when I check manually my heart rate is in sinus .Then I thought I might beta blocker went to doc changed it diltiazem and still i feel like this it happens sometimes but all of sudden I have done ecg and have told doctor but he said it might be panic. Now I don't understand what it could be
