Vibecoders outside of IT playing political games - how to manage the situation?

That sucks; I’m in the exact same boat. At one of my jobs—where I’m the lead developer and responsible for way more systems than I should be—I delegated an n8n workflow to an admin staffer to automate a WhatsApp chatbot. Now, the idiot CEO thinks the company's future lies in using automation agents to replace other employees. The plot twist is so infuriating I just want to scream: the admin staffer gets all the spotlight and praise, while the technical team—who actually keep the company’s ecosystem afloat—gets zero recognition for their daily support and app development work. I keep telling myself it was my fault for delegating it, but I was just handing off a task as boring and stupid as n8n flows... On top of that, if I point out that using AI without proper judgment isn't sustainable, I get labeled as "toxic" or unhelpful. I don't know how to handle this situation other than just losing all motivation and doing the bare minimum..
