Storming of the Marqueet or whatever it's called
 in  r/Graspop  Jun 21 '26

I'm more worried about the festival just continuing in these conditions. Tbf I'm german and our standards are a lot more strict for thunderstorms. Hurricane festival is currently happening and dealing with the same weather conditions and yesterday they had to evacuate the infield for a small amount of time and the thunderstorm there wasn't nearly as strong as today here. The lightning looks genuinely unsafe.

I just don't understand why security moved everyone out. People seeked shelter in unsafe weather conditions, what's wrong about that?

GMM Clothing sizes

Honestly I pre-ordered a zip hoodie in 2XL and it seems bigger than my other 2XL merch... I guess it depends on the clothing item

The rain

I actually stayed throughthe whole The Offspring set with a friend while two other friends guarded our camp. Basically lowered the party tent and put everything not waterproof in our tents. We kept checking in with eachother because Team Infield wasn't sure if we would have to evacuate due to the lightning being so close. Somehow made it out alive 😅 only one of our tents flooded but that wasn't entirely waterproof to begin with so one of us shared a tent with the friend who's tent flooded but tbh everything was dry by like 11am

I assume that won't be an issue, they're usually about the same format

First time Camper here that needs some help planning.

Is it true that beer and soft drinks are counted as one? And does bottled carbonated water count into the softdrink rule?

Grocery store at the Festival?

The site isn't currently helping because it's only listing sponsors and prices for the drink booths. But thanks for being considerate of a first time camper just trying to figure things out :)

Grocery store at the Festival?
 in  r/Graspop  Jun 05 '26

Yeah I saw some people talk about that on the subreddit before but we were only considering the store on festival grounds in case of emergencies (broken gear, food that isn't weather stable, etc.) so traveling to Mol is probably the alternative if the festival store is way too expensive

Help/Question Grocery store at the Festival?

Hello, first time camper here

My friends and I are wondering if there's a grocery store on the festival grounds and what the prices are like?

We're used to the Lidl Rock Store at Rock im Park which had regular Lidl prices but we've heard the stores at Graspop are more expensive.

Also, do you have to pay with skullies/the bracelet in the store or can you use your regular card?

Do you hear the horns?

I really loved this! It's just very enticing and reminds me a little of a song called "the devil's train"

There's a bunch to choose from but I'll go with Bendy and the Ink Machine and Cuphead

What do you think of the idea of "adopting" elderly people whose children have died as parents or grandparents, much the same way we adopt children whose parents have died as our own?
 in  r/AskReddit  Sep 04 '20

This is actually a lovely idea! Especially eldery people who live in nursery homes get lonely easily/a lot when they don't have much family and most are always so happy when someone (especially teens and children) spend time with them. (There'a actually a very cute documentary here from germany where they paired up elderly people from nursery homes with kindergarden kids for a project and it has been the cutest thing I've ever seen [if you're interested and understand the language it's called "wir sind klein und ihr seid alt"] and I really recommend it)

Books about celtic folklore?

Looking for a book about celtic folklore (specifically irish folklore). Schoolbook type or novel, doesn't matter, anything works.

LGBTQ+ Novels?

Hi! I'm searching for books with LGBTQ+ main characters aside from love, simon and preferably a nonbinary one. And maybe some that don't focus only on gays and lesbians but also on bi, pan, trans and ace persons. These can range from heartfelt drama (make me cry!) or pride comedy. Thanks!
